Free shipping across India

We ship free to all serviceable pin codes across India. There are no hidden delivery charges added at checkout.

Order processing

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery timelines

Remote and rural pin codes, North East India	7 to 10 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, festivals, strikes and courier delays can add a few days.

Order tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, we send the tracking number and courier link to your registered email and phone number. Tracking usually goes live within 24 hours of dispatch.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on all orders across serviceable pin codes. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. Some couriers also accept UPI at the doorstep.

Delivery attempts

Our courier partners make up to 3 delivery attempts. If all three fail, or if the address or phone number provided is incorrect or unreachable, the order is returned to us and treated as cancelled.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your address, landmark and phone number before placing the order. If you notice a mistake, write to us within 2 hours of ordering at buyzoenterprises@gmail.com and we will correct it before dispatch.

Multiple items

If you order several products, they may ship from different locations and arrive in separate packages on different days. This is normal and no extra charge applies.
