Returns & Refunds

At Buyzo we want you to be happy with what you order. If something is not right, you can raise a return or replacement request within 7 days of delivery.

What can be returned

  • Item delivered damaged, defective or not working
  • Wrong item, or wrong colour/variant delivered
  • Item missing from the parcel

What cannot be returned

  • Requests raised more than 7 days after delivery
  • Items that have been used, washed or damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging, tags and accessories
  • Personal care, grooming and hygiene products once opened or used
  • Products marked non-returnable on the product page

How to raise a request

Email buyzoenterprises@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp +91 84870 88198 within 7 days of delivery. Please share your order number along with clear photos or a short video of the item and its packaging.

We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video. For damaged, missing or wrong-item claims it lets us settle your request much faster.

Who pays return shipping

  • If the item is damaged, defective or wrong, Buyzo bears the full return shipping cost.
  • For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is borne by the customer and the original ₹60 shipping charge is not refunded.

Refund timeline

Once we receive the returned item and complete a quality check, your refund is approved and processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or UPI provider may take a few additional days to credit it.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made by UPI or bank transfer to the account details you provide.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it is dispatched — just contact us. Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier it cannot be cancelled; you may refuse delivery or raise a return once it arrives.

Damaged or tampered parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, wet or tampered with, please refuse the delivery and inform us the same day so we can arrange a replacement.
