How complaints are handled

Every complaint received is acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within one month of receipt, as required under the Rules. When writing, please include your order number and a description of the issue so we can act on it without a second round of questions.

If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may approach the National Consumer Helpline on 1915 or file a complaint at consumerhelpline.gov.in.
