These Terms of Service govern your use of shopbuyzo.com and any purchase made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of this agreement.

1. About us

This store is operated by Buyzo Enterprises, a business based in Gujarat, India. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Buyzo Enterprises.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

3. Products and pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately, but actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Where a product is described as “assorted colour”, it is dispatched as available.

We reserve the right to modify prices, correct pricing errors, and discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, limit or refuse any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, are placed by resellers, or are to be delivered to unserviceable locations. If we cancel an order after payment has been made, the full amount is refunded.

5. Payment

We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, wallets and Cash on Delivery. Online payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card details.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may call or message you to confirm the order before dispatch. If we are unable to reach you, the order may be cancelled.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched by contacting us with your order number. Once an order has been handed to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled, and our Return & Refund Policy applies instead. Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full to the original payment method.

7. Shipping and delivery

Delivery timelines shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes or other events beyond our reasonable control. Some products are shipped directly by our suppliers. See our Shipping Policy for details.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Product use and safety

Products must be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with any instructions supplied. Items containing blades, heating elements or small parts must be kept away from children and used under adult supervision where relevant. We are not liable for injury or damage resulting from misuse.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to place fraudulent orders, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or copy its content by automated means, or for any unlawful purpose.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, product descriptions, logos and page design, is the property of Buyzo Enterprises or its suppliers and may not be reproduced without written permission.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Junagadh, Gujarat.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.

15. Grievance redressal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, complaints may be addressed to our Grievance Officer. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month of receipt.
