This store is operated by Buyzo Enterprises, a business based in India. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Buyzo Enterprises.

3. Products and pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately, but actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Where a product is described as “assorted colour”, it is dispatched as available.

We reserve the right to modify prices, correct pricing errors, and discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, limit or refuse any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, are placed by resellers, or are to be delivered to unserviceable locations. If we cancel an order after payment has been made, the full amount is refunded.

5. Payment

We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, wallets and Cash on Delivery. Online payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card details.

6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery timelines shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes or other events beyond our reasonable control. See our Shipping Policy for details.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Product use and safety

Products must be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with any instructions supplied. Items containing blades, heating elements or small parts must be kept away from children and used under adult supervision where relevant. We are not liable for injury or damage resulting from misuse.
