Where we ship

Buyzo currently ships across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping charges

A flat shipping charge of ₹60 applies to every order, to any pin code in India. The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you pay — there are no hidden charges added later.

Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery normally takes 5–8 business days depending on your location. Remote pin codes and areas served only by India Post may take longer. Delays caused by weather, strikes, festivals or other events outside our control are not included in this estimate.

Order tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a tracking link by email once it is dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us.

Correct address and phone number

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are complete and correct. Couriers in India call before delivery, so an incorrect or unreachable number is the most common reason a parcel is returned to us.

If a parcel is returned undelivered because the address was wrong or the customer was unreachable after repeated attempts, re-shipping will require the shipping charge to be paid again.
