These Terms of Service govern your use of shopbuyzo.com (the “Site”), operated by Buyzo Enterprises (“Buyzo”, “we”, “us”). By browsing or purchasing from the Site you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

2. Products, pricing and availability

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise; applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Shipping is charged separately and shown at checkout.

We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately, but actual appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen. Product images are indicative.

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will inform you and issue a full refund.

3. Pricing errors

Despite our best efforts, a product may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price. If we discover a pricing error on an order you have placed, we will contact you to either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it with a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such order.

4. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, limit or refuse any order. Payment may be made through the prepaid methods offered at checkout or, where available, Cash on Delivery.

5. Returns, refunds and shipping

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
